I own or am authorized to submit all listed Items; I supplied good-faith current per-card values; I had the opportunity to read, download and retain these Terms; I understand that restoration can permanently worsen or destroy a card, change grade or market value and yield no visible improvement; I understand the absence of business insurance on items in The Card Doc's custody, optional customer-paid transit insurance, and the applicable exclusions and limitations of liability; I voluntarily authorize only the purchased services and adopt this electronic signature as my binding agreement, subject to applicable law.
Consent to electronic records and signatures
Section 35.3 of the Terms: “The customer expressly adopts the typed name or platform signature as a legal electronic signature and agrees to use electronic records for this transaction.”
Section 35.7 of the Terms: “Customers may contact thecarddoc1@gmail.com for records, a copy of the accepted Terms, or other legally required documentation.”
What Section 35.4 of the Terms has us tell you before you consent:
- Records covered: the Terms of Service, your signed agreements, receipts and notices about this order, given to you on this website and by email.
- Paper copies: you may ask for a paper copy of any record of this order at no charge by emailing thecarddoc1@gmail.com with your order number.
- Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing thecarddoc1@gmail.com. Withdrawing does not affect records you have already signed. After you withdraw, we will send the rest of this order's records on paper, or, if that is not possible, cancel any work that has not started under the Terms.
- What you need: a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge), an email account, a program that opens PDF files, and either storage space to save them or a printer.
